This is a disturbing post to read. Someone at the age of 99 and their families should not have to deal with this type of stress. The corp the NPR article refers to has many facilities and you can't help but wonder what the future holds as these residents continue to reach higher ages and their money is depleted. With regard to our senior population, we must be looking to the future and not just to this or that quarter earnings. Thanks for the informative post.
